It brings me great joy to work with persons of all ages throughout the change process. I enjoy empowering others to reach their true potential through empathetic listening, collaboration, and strengths-based practice. I provide a safe space for my clients to process their thoughts and emotions by utilizing healing centered engagement. I am passionate about building rapport with the individual, identifying the individual’s strengths, and encouraging them in the healing process to best help them reach their goals. I have experience in treating the individual using evidenced-based treatment modalities, including motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, seeking safety, mindfulness, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I seek to empower adults, children, adolescents, families and couples by developing an individualized treatment plan and providing education on healthy boundaries and relationships with others.
