I have personally experienced the benefits of counseling having dealt with fear, trauma, and a loss in my own family. I have come to realize that recovery is a process and is best approached from a holistic perspective. I have a strong passion for what I do. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate and caring environment. I believe everyone deserve to become the person they want to be and experience life to its fullest. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and other techniques to help people move past hurt and into their healing.
