Personal Statement
Everyone struggles in life and and and sometimes we reach a point where we just feel confused, stuck, unable to move forward in life. We are not meant to go through life alone, and when you need someone to lean on, a counselor is there. Counseling is a great way to explore yourself and your relationships, and the dynamics and patterns within those relationships, identify and process those difficult thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping skills and boundaries, and identify your strengths and positives in your life. I use a person-centered approach to meet you where you are and provide you with a safe, supportive, and caring environment to work out those difficult thoughts, feelings, or conflicts you are facing with you. We will work together to help you identify your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and set reachable goals as we work through what life throws at you together.
