Background and Experience
Kate works with adults, couples, young adults, and is an LGBTQAI+ affirming therapist. She began her career interning at CCNT throughout her Master’s program at TWU. She has experience working with individuals processing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, various issues related to neurodiversity, partner communication, navigating new life transitions and more. Kate is trained in EMDR.

I believe that every individual has the power to change their lives. Through the counseling process I strive to help you find meaning, to understand your purpose and to help you to navigate the challenges that you face so that you can walk the path that you choose. We’ll work together to help you make the best choices that align with your values and to help bring about an authentic and lasting change.
Education and Training
Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. She has a Master’s of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University.
Schedule
Kate is currently offering telehealth services only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Session fees start at $75
Insurance
Kate accepts Aetna, Centerstone, ChampVA, and Cigna and can submit claims as an out-of-network provider with United Healthcare
