Background and Experience
Kate works with adults, couples, young adults as well as children, and individuals in the LGBTQAI+ community. She began her career in customer service where she always had a passion for helping people. Kate is looking forward to stepping out of the classroom and into the counseling room to work with individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, those navigating new life transitions, and partner communication.
I believe that every individual can work through any challenge they face. I strive to help you find meaning, to understand your purpose and to help you to navigate the challenges that you face so that you can walk the path that you choose. We’ll work together to help you make the best choices that align with your values and to help bring about an authentic and lasting change.
