Personal Statement

I am passionate about helping clients find the awareness, insight, and resilience they need to overcome challenges and live a joyful, meaningful, and fulfilling life. My approach in counseling is based on ensuring you feel you are in a safe, nurturing, and supportive space so you can explore your current thoughts and feelings, heal past emotional wounds, and envision and achieve your goals. I consider it a great privilege to be part of client’s unique journey of personal growth. I am trained from the Adlerian perspective; however, I often incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness techniques in counseling sessions.
