Personal Statement

Throughout my time as a social worker, I have enjoyed figuring out the pieces to the puzzle.  I like to help my clients focus on finding out what works for them and using this knowledge to excel.  I am solution-focused and utilize motivational interviewing for the client to figure out the best path for them. This serves to pinpoint and utilize each individual's strengths to develop better coping skills.
