Background and Experience
Matt works with adults, adolescents, kids (+8), and couples. Through working with adolescents and young adults in a community college counseling center and a juvenile detention center, Matt learned that his purpose is to work with adults and adolescents in transitional stages of life. Matt has experience working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and recovery, anger, grief and loss, self-esteem, and more.
Since I can remember I have had a passion for helping people. Everyone finds themselves in need of a listening ear at some point in their lives. It is important to me to meet my clients where they are in life and make no assumptions.
