Background and Experience
Sam works with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. Through her experience working with children and families at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County as an advocate, she learned that her passion lies in working with children, teens, and young adults. Sam enjoys helping others by creating a space where healing and change can happen naturally in a supported setting.
Personal Statement
I knew from a very young age that I wanted to help people in a one-on-one therapeutic setting.
I approach clients needs by focusing on what the client’s goals are and use their strengths to allow them to achieve said goals. I allow for the client to use the space we create in session to heal, process, and make changes by encouraging clients and holding them accountable. Every individual possesses strengths, it’s a matter of utilizing those strengths to ensure positive outcomes for each individual. I look forward to working with you!
