Personal Statement

I have always had a passion for helping people to work through the struggles they face in life.  It takes courage to go through counseling and face what you are going through, and I am here to walk alongside you and to help provide the tools to do so. My goal is to create a safe and empathetic environment for healing by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to establish realistic goals for effective change.
