It has always been my passion to help individuals better themselves. “Better” is subjective and that is what I enjoy most—working with clients to create specific and individualized treatment plans. Everyone’s story is different; therefore, everyone deserves a different and individualized way to complete their story. I want to help you brainstorm, draft, write, and edit the next chapters of your story. In a safe and judge-free environment, I will empower you and encourage healing, confidence restoration, and resilience while equipping you with the necessary skills to reach your goals. We will work together using a variety of interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and multiple other techniques to best meet your needs.
