I have always been passionate about encouraging people to live their best life. Your best will not look like someone else’s and that is okay. I want to help you find what that means for you. I use various interventions including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and multiple other modalities and techniques to meet each client's individual needs. I will empower you to face any obstacle you may encounter and together, we will find an approach that works for you.
