Toni Williams Webb, LPC

Background and Experience
Toni’s career began in the classroom as an early childhood teacher where she taught pre-kindergarten for 15 years. In the last 5 years, she became involved in administration where she worked both as an Assistant Director as well as the Director of a preschool facility before deciding to pursue counseling.  Toni started as a practicum student with Counseling Center of North Texas in 2019 and continued with the practice after graduation in 2020. After completing her Associate level license, Toni is now a fully licensed therapist that works with all  demographics. Recently, Toni has transitioned to online therapy and  continues to connect with clients virtually. Although Toni has a great deal of experience working with teens, young adults, and women’s issues, Toni enjoys meeting the needs of all age groups. Toni is also very familiar with working with those in the LGBTQ community and serving as an advocate for clients. Toni enjoys working to build the therapeutic  relationship while collaborating to create the best possible  treatment plan. Toni has a variety of experience working to build coping skills for anxiety, depression, work life balance, and many more. 

Personal Statement
I believe there is no problem that cannot be worked through. I see life as a jigsaw puzzle with many pieces. We often run into problems and frustration as we begin building our puzzle and trying to fit pieces in certain places. It isn’t that we don’t have the pieces, we just need to know where they fit. I enjoy being a part of people’s journey as I help them to navigate their “pieces.” I look forward to working with you to reach and attain your goals while helping you discover the myriad of opportunities that lay ahead.

Education and Training
Toni earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Texas at Dallas. Upon completing her degree, she worked as an early childhood educator for 15 years. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Crown College in 2020. Trainings are ongoing and although Toni works from an eclectic approach, she especially likes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and  person centered therapeutic approaches.
