With a specialization in marriage and relationship challenges, sex addiction, substance abuse, faith-based concerns, life transitions, depression, and anxiety, he empowers clients to cultivate greater joy, peace, and emotional freedom. Personal Statement
With a background spanning corporate, sports, religious, and personal settings, I have spent my life encouraging, motivating, and uplifting others. My passion for counseling stems from a deep desire to help individuals discover joy and peace in their daily lives. By equipping clients with effective coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques, I guide them toward self-discovery and long-term well-being. I embrace an individualized approach, tailoring each session to meet a client’s unique needs while integrating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
Education and Training
Randy holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. His professional experience is enriched by pastoral leadership and business skills training, including communication, time management, and conflict resolution.
