Her approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping people feel more grounded and supported.
Personal Statement
I was drawn to this work because I believe people deserve support when life feels unmanageable. Whether it’s grief, stress, family transitions, or emotional burnout, I’m passionate about helping individuals and families feel less alone in the hard seasons. I value showing up with compassion, perspective, and practical tools that make things feel a little lighter. My approach is grounded, flexible, and centered on walking with people—not ahead of them—as they figure out their next steps.
