Personal Statement
In my work in rape crisis and the hospital setting, I often met people on one of the worst days of their lives. Each time, I felt honored to be allowed to walk alongside these brave individuals and their families as they navigated incredibly difficult circumstances. I take great joy in assisting others on the journey to discovering their inner strength and resilience in challenging times, and I will provide a safe environment for healing and growth. I take a compassionate,client-centered approach to treatment, and see myself as partnering with you to help address your specific concerns. I believe that you bring a unique story to the counseling relationship, and I will strive to honor it as we determine a treatment plan that works for you.
