Autumn Brown LPC-Associate

Supervised by Summer Land, LPC-S

Background and Experience
Autumn has a background in psychology and a growing passion for working with adults, couples, and families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Woman’s University and is currently pursuing her master’s in Counseling and Development. Her clinical interests include supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relational concerns, and eating disorders.

Her approach is grounded in existentialism, with a focus on helping clients explore meaning, identity, and authenticity in their lives. She incorporates themes of self-love, spirituality, and self-care into her work and strives to create a space where individuals feel safe to examine their inner world with honesty and compassion.

Autumn believes in the power of reflection, connection, and intentional living as tools for healing and transformation. She approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.

Personal Statement
I’ve always been fascinated by the inner world we all carry—our thoughts, fears, questions, and dreams. Studying psychology and counseling has only deepened my belief that healing begins with understanding ourselves more fully and learning to approach that understanding with compassion.

As a therapist-in-training, I’m passionate about creating space for people to explore who they are, what they value, and how they want to live. I take an existential and person-centered approach to therapy, drawing on the healing power of self-love, spiritual connection, and mindfulness. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or the quiet weight of self-doubt, I aim to walk alongside them with openness and care.

It’s an honor to be part of a process where people can reconnect with themselves, find strength in their story, and begin to create meaningful change.
