Arianne Kassel, LCSW

Background and Experience

Arianne supports children (11+), adolescents, adults, and families through some of life’s most overwhelming transitions. Throughout her professional journey across diverse community spaces, healthcare settings, and support agencies, she has developed expertise in helping individuals navigate significant life challenges. This broad clinical foundation lends itself to supporting clients who are experiencing the weight of depression, anxiety, and complex family stressors. She is deeply passionate about meeting clients exactly where they are, fostering authentic empowerment by providing individualized care that helps people process difficult emotions, manage daily stressors, and reclaim their strength and peace of mind. 

Personal Statement

My path to helping others began early in my academic career when I discovered social work as an undergraduate. Working directly with individuals, groups, adults, and teens during my training ignited a lifelong passion within me. Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, navigating stressful family changes, or carrying the heavy burdens of anxiety and depression, you don't have to walk this path alone. True empowerment comes from rediscovering your inner resilience when life feels most uncertain and overwhelming. Using a gentle, Solution-Focused approach, I collaborate with you to uncover your unique strengths and move toward a space of lasting healing, mental wellness, and personal growth.

Education and Training

Arianne earned her Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.

Arianne welcomes clients into her Plano office on Tuesdays and Thursdays 

Fees

Session fees start at $225

Insurance

Arianne is currently in network with Baylor Scott & White, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and United Healthcare.  Arianne is in the process of contracting with Aetna and can submit claims as an out of network provider until contracting is complete.
