Personal Statement
I’ve always been fascinated by the inner world we all carry—our thoughts, fears, questions, and dreams. Studying psychology and counseling has only deepened my belief that healing begins with understanding ourselves more fully and learning to approach that understanding with compassion.
As a therapist-in-training, I’m passionate about creating space for people to explore who they are, what they value, and how they want to live. I take an existential and person-centered approach to therapy, drawing on the healing power of self-love, spiritual connection, and mindfulness. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or the quiet weight of self-doubt, I aim to walk alongside them with openness and care.
It’s an honor to be part of a process where people can reconnect with themselves, find strength in their story, and begin to create meaningful change.
