He specializes in working with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, faith-based concerns, trauma, and major life transitions. His primary aim is to help clients navigate these issues, empowering them to experience greater joy, peace, and emotional freedom. Dave is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment where healing and personal growth can flourish.
Personal Statement
Through my life experiences, I’ve developed a deep desire to help others navigate the struggles that so many of us face. I became a counselor to offer meaningful support that enhances the well-being and satisfaction of those I work with. I take an individualized approach, tailoring the counseling process to each client’s unique needs. While I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, I incorporate various therapeutic modalities to best serve the client’s goals.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Healthcare Administration from Dallas Baptist University, along with a Master’s degree in Theological Studies. He is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Counseling at Lamar University.
