Nicole Ingram Mantecon, LPC

Background and Experience 

Nicole  has 15+ years of experience working with individuals of all ages from  young children to adults faced with multiple challenges and transitions.  She works with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD,  abuse, trauma, ADHD, grief, and eating disorders. Nicole has gained  experience in her field through working in a variety of settings  including Children's Advocacy Center of Denton County, University of  North Texas, psychiatric hospitals, private practice,  eating disorder treatment center and managed care organizations. She  uses an eclectic counseling styles to provide client-focused care tailored to meet the needs and  goals of each person. Nicole works with individuals to develop coping  skills, overcome barriers, and set goals to help them achieve the best  versions of themselves.  

Personal Statement

Over the last 15+ years I have had the opportunity to build experience in helping others feel comfortable in exploring  and discussing situations that are difficult and uncomfortable. Thus,  allowing individuals to fully realize their full potential and break  barriers that may have previously held them back from living life to the  fullest.  I  enjoy working with clients to aid in exploring what the best version of  themselves might look like and how to develop skills to achieve their  goals and aspirations in life. Working together to identify and establish buildable goals that will lead to long term changes and grow into best versions of themselves.  

Education and Training

Nicole earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Texas Woman's University, and obtained a Masters of Science in Counseling  at the University of North Texas.  She has received training in crisis  counseling, child and adolescent sexual abuse, suicide prevention,  disordered eating and play therapy. 

Schedule

Nicole sees clients in the Wylie office and via telehealth on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 

Fees

Session fees start at $225

Insurance

Nicole is currently in the process of contracting with Aetna, Baylor Scott & White, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare and can submit claims as an out of network provider until contracting is complete.
