Zoe Moore, Student

Background and Experience

Zoe is a current graduate student who works with individuals of all ages  including children, teens, adults, and couples. She has experience  working with children and families, and provides play therapy. Zoe works  collaboratively to create a personalized treatment plan for each client  based on their unique goals and needs.  

Personal Statement

I was drawn to the counseling field because I wanted to help others  through my interactions with them, and counseling allows me to do that. I  believe that the relationship we will build as client and therapist is  one of the most important parts of therapy because it provides a  supportive, trusting environment in which you will be empowered to grow,  face challenges, and make decisions about how you want to live your  life.  

Education and Training

Zoe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Dallas Baptist University,  and will graduate from Texas Woman’s University with her Master of  Science in Counseling and Development. She has received training in Play  Therapy as well as Gottman method couples therapy and Emotionally  Focused Therapy for couples.
